After almost 1 year with One Fulfillment, we can give a fairly nuanced picture and really say of the collaboration: top fulfiller. We had previously worked with other logistics providers and also done the shipping ourselves, so we know everything that can go wrong. With OFF, it's almost like having the flexibility of your own shipping combined with the professionalism and efficiency of an external provider. Mike and Sebastian have genuinely saved us from an account suspension more than once, especially with FBM Amazon shipping, including late shipping after 8 pm. We switched to One Fulfillment last autumn and what can I say – after the typical onboarding and technical integration hiccups, everything now runs really perfectly. What I would particularly like to highlight: Mike and his team are super responsive, always reachable, and even when things get urgent they help wherever they can.
