We set everything up together with you – you don't need your own IT. As a rule, you're ready to go in around 72 hours, depending on when your goods arrive.

Activate FFN

You activate the JTL Fulfillment Network in your JTL-Wawi and select Onefulfillment as your fulfiller.

Release your items

You release the items you want us to store and ship for you.

Store your goods

You notify us of the delivery, and we check the goods receipt and put everything into storage.

Go live

Orders from your JTL-Wawi reach us automatically, and shipping status and stock levels are sent back.

What is the JTL Fulfillment Network?

The JTL Fulfillment Network (FFN) connects retailers who work with JTL-Wawi directly with fulfillment providers. Items, stock levels and orders are exchanged automatically between your JTL-Wawi and the warehouse. Onefulfillment is connected there as a fulfiller.

Do I have to switch my inventory management system for JTL fulfillment?

No. You keep working with your JTL-Wawi. The connection to our warehouse runs via the JTL Fulfillment Network.

How quickly can I get started with Onefulfillment?

We can connect online retailers and brands in around 72 hours. This mainly depends on how quickly your stock arrives with us – and we're happy to help you with transport.

How much does fulfillment cost at Onefulfillment?

The costs depend on your products, order volumes and requirements. In our Price list 2026/2027 you'll find all items – or talk to us directly about a tailored quote.

Can I see what happens to my goods in the warehouse?

Yes. In your fulfillment dashboard you can see orders, stock levels, goods receipts and returns in real time.
