That depends on your setup: often via JTL-Wawi, which connects TikTok Shop as a marketplace via JTL-eazyAuction, or via your multichannel tool. We'll work out the best route for your system together.

Do I still need Fulfilled by TikTok?

No. With Onefulfillment, you ship your TikTok orders from the same stock as your online shop and marketplaces – with your packaging and a dedicated contact person. All that matters is that TikTok's shipping requirements are met, and we take care of that.

Do you also handle returns from TikTok Shop?
