Frequently asked questions about the price list

What is in the price list?

All prices of our three models START, GROW and SCALE – from base fee, order processing, picking and packing to goods receipt, storage, returns, Amazon FBA, packaging material and special services.

Are there setup fees?

No. Setup, system integration and connecting your shops and marketplaces are free of charge.

How are shipping costs calculated?

DHL rates are calculated individually based on your shipping profile – for example volume, weight and product characteristics. Don’t have your own DHL contract? We handle the coordination with DHL for you.

Is there a minimum volume?

There is no fixed minimum. We clarify together in a free initial call whether your products and requirements are a good fit.

Which shop systems and marketplaces can you connect?

Almost all common shop systems, marketplaces and ERP solutions – via 1-click integration or our REST API, with real-time data synchronisation. You can find an overview on our dashboard page.

How quickly do you ship?

Orders received by 2:30 pm usually leave our warehouse on the same working day.
